I used the service in June. I didn't want a full-body color, so I wanted to enjoy color with a thin mesh technique. I showed them several Instagram photos and discussed the procedure before going ahead with the treatment. The end result was a flat color, not a mesh technique. I asked about touch-ups at another salon today, and they laughed. They said it was awful and unpleasant. If you can't do it, you should say so, the hairdresser said. They also said it will take more than a year to grow out. They had the worst technique of any salon I've ever been to. I wish they had told me if they couldn't do it, so I would have settled for an inner color. Dealing with this hair until it grows out is just a pain every day. You said you explained this in your reply, but even though I told them I wanted it done like that in the photos, they colored the entire bottom half instead of a mesh technique, which proves the technician's lack of skill. If they had said they would color the whole thing instead of a mesh technique during the consultation, I wouldn't have done it. What did you tell them? This salon is disappointing, both in their response to my review and their technique on the day.

This is a salon I can trust. I've been getting inner color for the past few years. I like dark colors, so I always get the color I imagined. This time, I had the color done with Bruges in mind. I'm looking forward to seeing the color fade. I look forward to seeing you again next time!

I said many times during the consultation that I wanted a lighter inner color and a lighter overall color, but the finished color was almost pitch black, and the inner color was so dark that it was almost pitch black that you wouldn't even notice it unless you were told. Since it's the end of the year and the new year, I can only get my hair color lighter now, so I made a reservation according to my schedule with excitement, but when I saw the finished product, I wanted to cry. When I said, "I wonder if it would have been better if it was a little lighter," I was told, "It can't be helped with this chemical. The color doesn't penetrate easily because the hair is strong. Maybe I should have added highlights or added bleach." I'm an amateur, so I don't know. Isn't it better to suggest it at the first consultation rather than making excuses at the end? Also, the head spa that I ordered as an additional paid option was just vaguely pressed with the palm of the hand. I thought they would press acupressure points with more finger pressure or work on my neck and shoulders, but they didn't do anything at all, and they just pressed my head with the palm of their hand and didn't ask me about the strength of the pressure during the process, which was disappointing. I paid nearly 20,000 yen and felt disappointed.
