I made a reservation and came all the way here, but it was closed. It's ridiculous that they allow reservations on days when it's closed. I came all the way from far away in the heat, but it was a waste of time. I'll never come here again.
I'm receiving orthodontic treatment, but I wasn't informed of the scheduled tooth extraction. A week before the scheduled extraction, I checked to make sure which tooth was being extracted, but I was suddenly told that it wasn't the day the extraction was supposed to take place (the dentist in charge of extractions was not available that day), but the day I was supposed to receive my new mouthpiece, and that the extraction would need to take place by then. Even though I was told a week in advance, my schedule was packed and it would be difficult to adjust, so they rescheduled it. They apologized for not being able to provide further information, but... since orthodontic treatment can be delayed, I would like them to carefully explain important details like the timing of the extraction. Many people do thorough research and have good customer service, but I felt a sense of distrust so soon after starting to use their services, which was disappointing.

I'm sure this can be stressful, as no treatment will progress during that time. And if that happens, even if I take the time to come, the consultation will only last about three minutes. I don't think it's a good option for people who travel far away. I've been going there for the past year and a half, and this has happened about four times. I just couldn't take it anymore, so I'm posting this.
