The staff are very polite and pleasant. I was treated by Dr. Shibuta, and I was impressed by his quick decision-making and efficient treatment, so I have been going to him for a long time. I highly recommend this dentist.
I went there for my first visit. The receptionist, dental hygienist, and doctor were all kind and easy to understand when explaining things. I don't go to the dentist very often, so I don't know what it's like these days, but I imagine they use the latest testing methods and diagnoses. I chose this dentist because it's closer to my home, but I would have liked to go even if it was a little further away. I wanted to give my satisfaction rating a 5, but I gave it a 4 because it was difficult to make an appointment. I think this is because it's popular, so I honestly wanted to give it a 5, but... as someone who works shifts, I'm afraid I might not be able to make any appointments if next month's schedule isn't announced, so I'm sorry I gave it a 4.
They show you to your appointment on time and provide careful treatment. I had my wisdom teeth removed, and I didn't feel any pain afterwards!! The receptionist is also very polite.
I received treatment for a regular checkup. I was impressed with the X-rays and intraoral scans, which were then displayed in 3D, but no cleaning or gum inspection was performed. Afterwards, I was told that cleaning is not an illness, so it is an elective treatment. If I wanted a cleaning covered by insurance, I should go to another medical institution. It seems to be very profit-driven, so please take this into consideration if you are considering going. I move around a lot and visit several dental clinics around the country, but this was my first time at a place like this, and it made me realize the importance of advance information, which I learned a lot.
