Both maintenance and treatment are explained thoroughly, the treatment is painless, and there are no excessive treatment suggestions. The maintenance is always thorough, and I look forward to my maintenance every three months! I feel so safe here, so although it's very difficult to choose a dentist, I will continue to go to this one in the future.

They are always polite. However, it seems like the receptionists don't communicate well with each other, as they often forget to pay the bill. They don't call you, so when you call them, they say your bill has already been paid. If they separate the chairs so that customers can see when they are waiting to pay, I would like them to keep an eye on them and make sure to check.

I have a phobia of dentists and used to get nervous every time I went for a checkup, but here the rooms are private and the staff are very kind, so I don't feel anxious and I can come here with peace of mind. Before each treatment, I am given a thorough explanation, so I can receive treatment with confidence. The examinations were thorough and I was given detailed tests that other dental clinics don't offer. They also seem to put a lot of effort into prevention. For the first time, I've found a dental clinic I can feel safe at.

I had a broken front tooth and had been turned down elsewhere, so I was at a loss as to what to do, but by chance there was an opening and I was able to get an appointment at short notice, which was a great help. Even if you have never visited the clinic before, it is great that you can check appointment availability online. The receptionist and staff are very friendly and put you at ease. The treatment is thorough and I rarely feel any pain. The only downside is that it is in the center of Kurume, so parking nearby is expensive.

There are two extremely malicious dentists on staff. Mr. Morita tried to treat two cavities without examining them or explaining them to them. He wrote in the questionnaire that he wanted to receive an explanation before treatment, but no explanation was given because it was a lie. He was told that there was a cavity under the silver filling, and when I asked him if it was possible to tell just by looking, he became agitated and said, "I wonder if it's a cavity, maybe." Since it seemed suspicious, we postponed the treatment and went for a second opinion. He said that it is not possible to determine that there is a cavity just by looking, and after receiving an explanation, there was no need for treatment. In order to cover up Mr. Morita's lie, Mr. Eto also said that there were cavities just by looking, and did not let him come again because his lie would be exposed. As written in red in the photo, it is because there is no need to guarantee that he will not go for maintenance. It is the worst behavior as a human being. It is an act that goes against the professional ethics of dentists. I think it is strange that it is certified by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. Additional Mr. Morita was unable to fit the 60,000 yen ceramic fillings the first time, and Mr. Eto fitted them the second time, but in the second opinion, they were said to be fitted in an interesting way, but they were not strong enough and fell out after 3 months. No sincerity, no skill, this is the worst dental clinic. Additional I was told that the only white filling I could get was ceramic fillings without insurance, so I paid 60,000 yen, but they fell out twice, so I went to a different dentist and they said that my teeth were covered by insurance, so I got white teeth for 5,860 yen, and they fit nicely and don't fall out, and are comfortable. Since there is a recording that proves the lie, the chairman offered to settle the matter with money, but I didn't accept it and I'm glad I was able to let everyone know by word of mouth.
