I think the whitening is highly rated, but the treatment technique is questionable. During the extraction, I was told some nasty things and I overheard conversations about the treatment equipment being out of stock...it was an extremely anxious time. Pus that probably wasn't completely removed caused inflammation, so I had to have another incision and am currently undergoing fundamental treatment at another hospital. I was shocked at the lack of consideration. The fact that the doctor in charge changes from day to day also makes me worried about communication.
