I had a haircut by Mr. Mouri. He was busy with several clients at the same time, so the cut took less than 10 minutes. He didn't dry my hair, leaving it to dry naturally, which I guess is why he seemed to be in a hurry. My hair was about 4cm apart on each side. I was also very disappointed with the uneven coloring. I've been there many times, but he didn't offer the treatment I'd previously selected, so the price remained the same. He seemed to have more time during the weekday afternoon when there aren't many clients, so he chatted for a long time and cut and colored my hair slowly. He stopped working, so I think he could have finished a little faster. The difference between busy and slow days was so dramatic that I felt he was a truly laid-back hairdresser. It's not worth paying the high price for a haircut. I'll never go again.
