I made a mistake by going without making a request, but this time, my stylist, Mr. Oka〇, gave no advice, suggestions, or politeness whatsoever. When I said I wasn't sure what to do, they just brought me a catalog. They cut it all in one go, and didn't even bother to ask how I felt. They made adjustments before I could even say a word. There was hardly any conversation, so it was hard to say anything. Overall, I left feeling dissatisfied. They didn't bring a mirror to the back of my hair until the very end, so I had no idea what it would look like, and then they cut it so short that it couldn't be fixed. The same with the side hair. They were also bad at doing my bangs. I wear glasses, and I can't see without them, so by the time I noticed, it was already too late. I've had treatments like this before, and thinking back, this was the worst salon I've ever had, a 1000 yen haircut. It was 1,700 yen more expensive than that, and this is what I got? I felt awful. To put it simply, it was pretty bad. I laughed and thought, "Before cherishing your passion, you should hone your skills." I'd like to say I'll never go back, but the person who shaves me last time was great, so I'll ask for them next time. I just didn't like the person who shaves me this time, and I have no other complaints, so I'll come again. I contacted them later, and since it was still within the warranty period, they carefully re-cut my hair. I never received an apology or anything from them.
