I called in for treatment after feeling unwell at the end of the year. From the moment I entered the space, I felt a sense of calm and security. The Gua Sha treatment was very mystical, and it felt like it was working on the inside of my body rather than just on the surface. I could sense the theory and experience behind each technique, and it felt like the flow and circulation were carefully adjusted. I also had concerns about menopause, and the therapist listened to them from a perspective based on their knowledge and personal experience. Nothing was too much for me, and I felt this was a salon I could trust and entrust myself to, both physically and mentally.
I've been coming here about once or twice a month for the past five years. I had never experienced Gua Sha before coming here and imagined it would be painful, but I needn't have worried. There is some pain in problem areas, but it then becomes comfortable and your body becomes more relaxed. I also have my face treated, and I've noticed it's been effective in reducing my troublesome smile lines and lifting my body. Murakami-san is very kind, good at talking, and has a wealth of knowledge. So if you have any concerns, it's a good idea to consult him. For me, the treatments I receive here and chatting with Murakami-san are one of the things I look forward to.
A friend told me there was a really great salon, so I went there for my first mugwort steaming and gua sha treatment. From the moment I entered the salon, I was greeted with a very relaxing atmosphere and the friendly owner's easy-to-understand counseling made me feel at ease and at ease. During the mugwort steaming, I sipped dokudami tea and sweated gently, which felt really good and warmed my body, even though I'm not a big fan of saunas. I imagined the gua sha treatment to be rough and forceful, but it wasn't that strong and was soft, but it felt great and left my body and face refreshed and relaxed, warming me up. I wasn't aware of it, but I guess I was just cold. I never thought my body and face could change so much in just 90 minutes, so I'll be coming back regularly and I look forward to seeing you again!
I'm a man in my 30s. I had the opportunity to try Gua Sha, and I'm commenting because it felt so good. The before and after photos of my 60-minute treatment show that my eyes are brighter and my spine is noticeably straighter. It was a little painful to have the basalt plate traced over my back, but I could feel my body warming up in a pleasant way. When I searched for "Gua Sha," I was worried because painful images of people's backs turning red came up, but with startline's Shimada style, my back hardly turned red at all (Gua Sha apparently turns red because it searches for the problem area, but the Shimada style does not search in that way). I felt that it was a good fit for my body. Thank you for your time.
It's been a while since my last mugwort steam treatment, and my first time experiencing gua sha. I've had really bad neck and shoulder stiffness, and I went for a massage a while ago, but it only helped at the time and was still painful the next day. I wondered how the combination of mugwort steam treatment and gua sha would work, but I was also confident that it would really help loosen me up. I went with a mixture of nervousness and anticipation, but it was the right decision! The temperature of the mugwort steam treatment is precisely adjusted, so it was just the right temperature for me. You smell aromas during the mugwort steam treatment, and apparently the aromas are different for each person. The scents were soothing, and the 30 minutes flew by. I thought the gua sha treatment would be more painful, but the gentle stimulation felt great. When it was over, all the stiffness in my body was released, and I felt light and refreshed! I've never felt so much better. It's been a few days since the treatment, but I still feel lighter. Next time, I'd like to try the gua sha treatment for my small face!
