I was on a trip to Japan and I have very little Japanese knowledge. Even with the language barrier, staff were very friendly and helpful. I asked the stylist to do whatever he thought would look best, I only added that I liked it a bit longer and I liked bangs. He ended up cutting my hair and styling it for me, it looked great and I left very happy. I’m definitely coming back on my next trip!

Had an excellent experience with my haircut, wash, and treatment. My hair felt really soft and silky afterward and the stylist really took the time to listen to my input for my bang. They staff was so patient and kind when I first booked the wrong appointment date. They helped me rebook another appointment and was also very accommodating when I was 25 minutes late to my appointment. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Pictures are from right after haircut and on the second day when I did a different styling. It was my first time visit and I wanted to have bangs cut that flatter the shape of my face. I haven’t had bangs in decades but felt inspired in Tokyo as most women have bangs. My stylist was 若菜あいこ and she was very kind and did an amazing job! I also asked her which treatment would be best if I don’t want to damage my permed curls. If you prepare a translator and the sentences you want to ask beforehand the communication will be efficient and not a problem! I have never received a hair wash and massage this pleasant! And the cut turned out very nice and precise! She also styled my hair nicely with a curling iron. I didn’t think a treatment would do much difference to be honest but my hair feels much softer and shinier now!! It’s a huge difference! It was totally worth it! Even on the second day the curls still looked great despite the constant rain and wind! I got lots of compliments for my hair. The hair cut makes my face smaller and more youthful. My friends almost didn’t recognize me when we passed each other on the streets haha! Thank you so much! Although I can only use translator and don’t speak Japanese the staff welcomed me warmly! I highly recommend this salon of you’re thinking about booking! It’s super easy to find just few steps from Shibuya 109!
