I asked Sekine-san for a hair straightening treatment and hair quality improvement treatment. I had been going from salon to salon until now because I couldn't find a salon that I was happy with, but my hair became so shiny and smooth that I wondered what all the previous straightening treatments were for?! I'm so glad I asked her to do it. It's been about two weeks, and my hair is still shiny and smooth, and just drying it makes me look like someone with beautiful hair. I'm so impressed! Yesterday, I had a "Premium Hair Straightening" treatment from Tadashi Tariki. She carefully consulted me on my hair type (especially the frizz around my face and the frizz at the ends), and I was delighted that she chose a treatment that would minimize damage. After the treatment, my hair truly felt like "it wasn't my own." It felt smooth and silky the moment I touched it. It was straight, but not stiff, and I was blown away by how natural and soft it felt! But what surprised me most was the next morning and evening. My hair usually takes a long time to straighten because of its frizz, but this morning I went out without a flat iron. And not only did it look great when I dried it myself that night, but it took less than half the time I usually do! It's such a life-changing experience! The staff were also very calming, and I was impressed by how easy they were to talk to and understand. It's not a cheap treatment, but I'm so happy with the change in my hair that it doesn't even bother me! I especially recommend this treatment for anyone with concerns about frizz, damage, or volume. Since I started going there, I've always received a very thorough consultation, and the results have always exceeded my expectations. She's always kind enough to give me advice about any hair concerns I have and styles that suit me, and when I ask for color, she always comes out with a lovely color! this was one of the best haircuts i’ve ever had. i’m especially grateful for my stylist otsuka! i don’t speak japanese, but she patiently went through everything with me through translation apps. at every point, she would explain each step, and also clarify my preferences. she even taught me how to style and maintain my hair on my own. this level of attention to customers was impressive to me. the price was also very reasonable, about 18,000Y for hair cut/style and the premium treatment and lasted about 2.5h. i had a great experience and would def recommend this salon!
