As a professional who works with many women, I was uneasy from start to finish, lacking even the most basic level of knowledge. • Hair Straightening Results: There was no careful coordination regarding the results, and as a result, my hair ended up looking unnaturally straight and stuck to my forehead. My bangs in particular are sticking to my forehead, and I'm worried about breakage at the roots. • Color Instructions Ignored: Despite clearly requesting a blue-black color, the ends of my hair ended up a bluish-black, completely disregarding my instructions. • Cut Quality: I presented a photo of my ideal cut, but they didn't even bother to check it properly, resulting in a choppy cut around the face and outline. My family even pointed out that the back of my head looked weird. [2. Customer Service and Hygiene Issues] • Assistant Attitude: The assistant had a very unhappy expression throughout the session. When I tried to cheer her up with a smile, she gradually started to smile, but having the customer be so considerate of the salon staff is unacceptable for professional service. • Inconsistent Counseling: The assistant quickly forgot what was said, was inconsistent, and I couldn't trust them. • Poor Hygiene and Carelessness: The assistant failed to cover my face with a cloth during shampooing, causing water to splash. The cutting cloth was also wet, so my clothes got wet. • Clothing Staining: The coloring agent got on my clothes during the treatment. [3. Regarding the salon's aftermath] Later, I received a reply on the booking site saying, "We're sorry we didn't meet your expectations. Would you like to have another person do the repairs?" However, I was extremely disappointed with the way they quietly apologized and tried to make it look like they had handled the situation without me even noticing. Also, the issue of my stained clothes remains, but they've been ignored. I took the time to come to your appointment, but I never expected to be left feeling so depressed. I don't recommend them, and I'll never use their services again.
