This is my first time at a bridal spa. The staff are very kind, and because it's a total salon, they have extensive knowledge of the body and skin. They can tailor their treatments to your specific needs. They recommend supplements, home care products, skincare, at-home stretches and massages, and even dietary advice. 😊 Thanks to them, I was able to efficiently get closer to my ideal body! I'm so impressed that my usual physical discomfort has disappeared. 😊 For me, it felt more like gentle suggestions than sales pitches, and when I declined, they even offered suggestions on what to do at home, which I was happy about. I'm currently receiving the bust course! The staff are very thorough and offer advice on home care, which really motivates me. Because it's an area that's difficult to see changes in, they not only provide care but also clearly explain the need for bust cream, supplements, and corrective underwear. They show me my current condition with photos and measurements each time, so even someone like me who isn't very good at seeing changes can really see the effects. I purchased a course and received treatments, and the attentive service and customer service were excellent every time. However, when I explained that I didn't have a card, I was made to wait over 30 minutes and then asked to withdraw cash from an ATM. I couldn't refuse, so I purchased a course worth over 100,000 yen. From the next visit, they continued to solicit campaigns and products worth over 100,000 yen each. I continued to decline, saying, "I still have some left, so I'm fine," but they asked me if I was taking it every day, and if I was, it would run out. From the second visit, they also tried to solicit me for bras and shapewear, and I couldn't refuse, so I bought three items, each costing tens of thousands of yen. I actually used them at home, but they were so tight around my underbust that they constricted me, causing pain during the day. After that, for some reason, they offered to sell me a Shiratama treatment for over 10,000 yen, even though I thought I had a free skin consultation. I purchased it, but I'm no longer financially prepared to pay around 200,000 yen a month. There are people like me who can't refuse when solicited, even if they don't want to. I work in the service industry, and even if there is a quota, isn't it a bit excessive to be solicited to pay around 200,000 yen every month? I've been going there for about a year, but it hasn't had any effect. I hope they will review the program in the future and that no one else will fall victim to the same thing.
I always use your facial care. I used to have a lot of skin concerns, such as blemishes and large pores, but since I started treatments at PMK, my skin has been getting better and better! Of course the treatments at the beauty salon are great, but personally I feel that the cosmetics I purchase, such as the cleanser and lotion, are also very effective. I'm currently coming for a hair removal and body treatment course. Every time I visit, I have to spray myself with a disinfectant mist before entering, so the fact that they're taking strict COVID-19 precautions is a plus, making it easy to visit even during this time. Also, I'm getting married in September of this year, and when I came for a body trial, I mentioned to the staff that I have sensitive skin and it usually irritates easily. They gave me a test run of the hair removal machine, and even though I have sensitive skin with atopic dermatitis, it didn't irritate my skin, so I decided to come for hair removal at a later date. The staff were friendly and made it easy to talk to me, and they recommended treatments that were suitable for my body, so I decided to come with peace of mind.
