I’ve got hair straightening by designer Ayaco today. She was so professional, nice and well-communicating. I don’t speak Japanese so we tried to communicate through google translator. It must be huge bothersome for her but she was in kind attitude constantly with professionalism. She always let me noticed with each steps of straightening process by using translator. And best of all is I love my hair!! I’ve once been in New York City’s Asian hair salon and done same hair straightening with cost of $500 with unbearable and poor services. But here in this salon, it only costs 22000yen with perfect skills and wonderful service.(it was super good!!!) I highly recommend to have your hair design with Ayako-san. Also, this is probably a matter of preference, but I don't like putting my belongings in a locker or stuffing my coat and other luggage into a small locker myself, but this salon will store your coat and luggage in the back. My coat didn't get wrinkled either. It's very clear that the service is tailored to each customer. Whether it's for those with very particular preferences or those who leave it to the salon, their attitude of making careful suggestions and confirmations always makes me feel that they can be trusted. I've been a regular customer here for many years, and I look forward to continuing to do so!
