I arrived on time for my appointment, but it seemed crowded, so I waited standing outside in the hallway (in the apartment building's corridor?) for about 15 minutes. Even after going inside, I waited another 5 minutes on a small chair in the entrance hall. I was feeling exhausted at the time, so my impression wasn't very good. The person after me had been waiting for quite some time. It seemed like there was something wrong with the procedure. The actual pore extraction was so painful that I ended up with what felt like blood blisters in some of my pores. I had someone else take over for the last 5 minutes, and although they were an amateur, they performed smoothly and with minimal pain. It's my own fault for not being knowledgeable, but I would appreciate it if Hot Pepper would clearly state that this was a "painful treatment." If I had known in advance that it would be so forceful, I wouldn't have gone through with it. I had high expectations because all the reviews were 5 stars, but maybe I expected too much, as I ended up feeling frustrated. It's strange that it's always only 5 stars. The service was very polite, but the salon always left me with a vague feeling of unease.
