I received a facial slimming treatment. Like the reviewer below, I ended up with purple bruises, strained my neck muscles, and felt unwell for a while. The staff told me things like, "The more painful it is, the better," and "You'll graduate when it no longer hurts," but I think that's incorrect. I also felt that there was a difference in skill level between staff members. If you're considering a treatment, please be careful to avoid skin discoloration or injury. The customer service was also poor. I asked about the bruises and discoloration, but I never got a clear answer and the conversation didn't flow. The shop was decorated with artificial flowers from a 100-yen store, the cleansing product was a drugstore wipe, and the decor was simple.
