I availed the Combo 1 - head spa, facial wash, shampoo, full body massage, hot stone which lasted for a good 110 mins. I enjoyed the part where the masseuse used her body weight to press on my back, which is my target body part. Btw, they have a questionnaire or answer sheet where u can modify the massage to your liking. I thought that was the best part. But to my surprise, the facial wash, head massage and shampoo were top tier. They have this special bed where everything can be done from the shampoo to the massage. Overall, this is the best 650k vnd experience for me here in Danang.

Amazing! This is the highlight of my Da Nang trip, core memory. I have never experienced such a luxurious service with an outstanding customer service. The Receptionist Vy, is excellent from the start of our communication via whatsapp, to the vehicle service to the spa place, she knows her job. Shes the best. My therapist Lan, her hands has magic. It was so relaxing that i cant even leave the spa bed after 110hours. Please visit this place and look for her. Shes the best! Overall highly recommended!

My husband rated it 4 stars, so overall a strong recommendation from our family! The environment was clean, calm and comfortable, and the therapists were polite, gentle and very attentive. After the massage, they even served sugar oranges and biscuits, which was a sweet touch. 🍊🍪 For the quality of service, the price is very reasonable. We’re happy we came, and would recommend it to others. 👍✨

Le Venin Spa was a disappointing experience overall, with an acceptable but flawed body massage followed by a genuinely uncomfortable and unprofessional hair spa. Overall rating • was 3 star after the body massage, 1 star after the hair spa • Programme tried: 90‑minute body massage + 40‑minute shampooing hair spa. Body massage • The spa asked me to fill in a preference sheet, but key requests were ignored: I selected lavender oil yet smelled strongly of coconut oil, and I ticked “no neck massage” but still received neck work. • Pressure was far below medium, many areas were missed (arms and thighs were barely touched), and the therapist often failed to locate or work on actual tension points, which suggests poor training and low effort. Strange massage techniques • The therapist repeatedly tapped and rubbed my toes in a way that felt more like someone trying to start a fire with a stick than a relaxing treatment, and this happened three times despite my growing discomfort—comfort for her as she could use the least amount of effort to pass the time. • Having visited many massage places, this was an unprecedented and unpleasant technique that pulled me out of any chance of relaxation. Hair spa and scalp treatment • The hair spa was the worst part: my scalp was scratched with nails continuously for about 15 minutes as if that was the main “massage,” leaving my scalp feeling hurt rather than relaxed. • Conditioner was then used as the main lubricant to massage the scalp, which felt odd, unprofessional, and not at all like a proper head massage. Environment and professionalism • During the shampooing, another staff member opened the treatment room door and started chatting with my therapist while noises from outside kept coming in, breaking any sense of privacy or calm. • With so many more professional, and truly relaxing massage places in Da Nang, this visit gave no reason to choose Le Venin Spa again. (VND 500K for 90-minute body massage; VND150K for 40-minute shampooing w/massage)
