The stylist who took care of me, Sato Kouki, was incredibly polite, courteous, and a wonderful hairdresser with exceptional skills. Although I speak very little Japanese, he explained the process and details of the treatment clearly, translating everything as he went, which made me feel very comfortable entrusting my hair to him. His kindness and attention to detail throughout the process were truly appreciated. I am extremely satisfied with the results; they exceeded my expectations. I went there for the first time in a while and got a hair straightening treatment, and I'm very happy with the results. My hair is shiny now, and the ends are beautifully styled. It's also made getting ready in the morning easier, and I'm glad that it saves me time. The staff were very polite and reassuring, and the salon was clean and had a calm atmosphere. I felt so welcome there, especially as a non-Japanese person the staff where incredibly hospitable. I came over for a walk-in because I was looking for hair salons in the area and they did NOT disappoint, I was looking for a hairstyle like Choso's (Jujutsu Kaisen) and they literally gave me an iPad with JJK playing.
