This time, I was looking for a salon that offered fill-ins for same-day reservations, and this one listed as available, so I made a reservation through Hot Pepper. I realized I had used the Shijo branch before, and the good service there was also a deciding factor. After confirming the reservation and getting ready, I got a call from the salon and was told, "We can't offer fill-ins." When I asked why, I was told they were new employees who hadn't finished their training. They also said that all the staff who could offer fill-ins were on vacation. As a salon, considering that it lists fill-ins as available, I think it's strange that they aren't keeping the salon available. I told them I wanted a proper apology and hung up. Then, in the evening, I received a call from a man who seemed to be his boss, or perhaps the representative of the entire salon. He said, "I'm sorry," in an inaudible voice, and that was the end of it. I made a reservation because it listed fill-ins as available, but they didn't say anything about taking measures to prevent this from happening again in the future. When I mentioned this, I was told, 'You're not even a customer, why do you have to go that far? You're banned from all of our stores. Don't ever come back.' Of course, I had no intention of ever using their services again even without being told, but I was shocked by the way they put it. I want my time back. I will be recording this incident so that no one else becomes a victim like me. *I had told them over the phone that I would be writing a review, and they said they would not delete my review, so I think it will remain.
