They moved from the Aoyama branch to the Yokohama branch. As Yokohama city is focusing on barrier-free access, the store has a ramp and wheelchair users can enter. (As the staff is all female, you should check whether they can transfer to the bed.) I chose the 120-minute course. I was happy to be able to add two options for free that were charged for with the 60-minute and 90-minute courses. Also, since it was a long course, my body was thoroughly relaxed. The private rooms are larger than other stores, with five in total. Restrooms are also available.
The service was courteous. The store was clean. The head spa was thoroughly relaxing. The displayed time is counted from the time of entry and preparation, and it can be misleading if it doesn't reflect the actual treatment time, so be careful. Overall, it was a pleasant and positive experience.
The store was clean, the staff were polite, and the treatment was satisfactory. I don't know the going rate, but the 90-minute course, with the spa itself taking just under 60 minutes, cost just over ¥15,000, so it was a pretty good price. I wonder if the time spent drying the hair is included, but I haven't found anything that says that.
This was my second time. The first time, the staff was very experienced, probably because they had just opened. Everything was great and the 60-minute course went by in a flash, so this time I went for the 90-minute course. I had a great time last time, so I asked for an eye massage, and since I saw on social media that they have a license, I also asked for a hair dryer. The actual treatment itself felt so good that I almost fell asleep. I was awake during the eye massage, but it seemed to be over quickly, and compared to last time, it was just pressing on my hair, which didn't feel good at all, so it was disappointing. I also had my hair dried, but since my hair is long, I think they allocated a lot of time to that, but compared to the hairdresser, it was dried by a completely amateur, the hair dryer was applied to the same areas, my scalp was hot, and the blow dryer wasn't very good, so to be honest, I paid money to have it done, but the additional plan was disappointing. I visited again with excitement, thinking of it as a relaxing and refreshing reward, even if it was not a cheap price, but unfortunately I will not be returning. If they are going to set a fair price for the additional plans as well, I hope that even staff who are not yet used to it will hone their skills properly. The regular treatment was excellent, so I give it 2 stars. However, no matter how good the regular treatment is, the additional plan comes after it, so the end was so disappointing that I felt sad.

I had a head spa at another store last time and it felt so good, so I decided to try this one too. I had really stiff shoulders and neck, and the pain made it hard for me to fall asleep, but this time too, they massaged me very carefully and I was able to sleep soundly. I usually wake up several times during my sleep, but after coming here, I can sleep soundly even at home. It seems my autonomic nervous system was out of whack... I was surprised that they were able to improve the quality of my sleep as well. They also told me about stores in various locations across the country, so I'll definitely visit them when I'm tired from traveling or business trips. Thank you again. I'm very satisfied.
I'd been curious about this place for a while, and finally used it during my trip. I was troubled by difficulty falling asleep and neck and shoulder stiffness, but the massage included not only my head but also my décolleté, neck, and shoulders, which made me feel so much better! This time, a friend was interested, so we went to the Yokohama branch for the first time. The room felt more spacious than other branches, and there was even a dressing table (I think the Tokyo branches had that?), which gave it a slightly different, special feel✨ Again, they thoroughly relieved the tension in my neck and the back of my head, and the deep, satisfying pain is truly addictive. I also got to try their new hair oil, and the stylish scent and moisturizing effect are so modern♡ My friend seemed to have slept soundly, but she was surprised by how light her head felt and how refreshed her eyes were afterward! It's quieter than the Ginza branch, and I can't hear any noise from other rooms. (Although that might be because it was a weekday evening and there were no other customers.) I've been to many other famous head spas, but this one suits me best because it focuses on massage. I wish the massage would go on forever. I would add extra time as an option if possible. After the massage, if there was an option for meditation (30 minutes of sleep), I would definitely add that too.
It was a very relaxing time! Maybe it was because of poor quality sleep, but there were many days when I didn't feel refreshed in the morning, but after receiving a head spa here, I was able to sleep soundly and the feeling of refreshment in the morning was completely different from usual!! I also had really stiff shoulders, but they pressed the acupressure points properly and it felt really good! The atmosphere inside the store was also very calming and soothing! I will definitely come again
