I usually get head spa treatments at beauty salons, but I was surprised when I visited a specialist store for the first time. First of all, they've thoroughly created a soothing space, with dark rooms and soothing music. The treatment also took even longer than at a beauty salon, and I felt like I was being massaged thoroughly and deeply, and before I knew it, I was in a deep sleep. I think that the luxurious use of time, "going just to rest your head," is something you can only find at a specialist store. They also provide a thorough massage around the head, so I'll be going regularly as maintenance! I'm also grateful that they're open until late at night.

大宮にシャンプーができるヘッドスパ専門店がオープンしたと知り、初めて伺いました。 90分のコースで予約させていただきましたが、マッサージ中はアロマの香りで癒され、力加減も丁度よく終わった後のスッキリ感に感動しました。 頭も背中や肩のツボも的確に捉えてくれてほぐして欲しいところをしっかりとマッサージしてもらえました。髪の毛もサラサラになりいい香りがして至福の一時でした。 最後にハーブティーも出してくださいましたが、ハーブのスッキリとした香りと甘みのあるハーブティーでこちらも美味しかったです また自分へのご褒美として伺いたいです。 ありがとうございました。

I had the 120-minute Ultimate Sleep Head Spa Luxury Course! The salon was very clean, and the lovely smell from the moment I walked in already made me feel relaxed! I was able to choose my favorite essential oils and shampoo, and it felt so good right from the start that I tried hard not to fall asleep, but I did fall asleep towards the end! The after-treatment drink was delicious, and they were very considerate and taught me stretching techniques and hair care tips! I'd like to come here at least once a month! Thank you very much!

I was concerned about eye fatigue from work and a heavy feeling in my head during the day. A friend recommended this to me, so I came here. During the treatment, I was able to relax and not think about anything for the first time in a long time. After it was over, my head felt clear and my eyes felt wide open. I slept soundly that night and my body felt lighter the next morning. I think it's the perfect way to reward myself. I'd like to come here again if I feel tired again.

This was my first time visiting. I've had dry head spa treatments a few times, but the treatment here was exceptional. After the treatment, my head felt surprisingly light, and despite having a headache before the treatment, I felt no pain at all and felt refreshed!! I've used the service twice, but the second time was so terrible I'll never go again. The first time was so good, I made an appointment for a second one, and then left. I was really looking forward to it, but it was a painful two hours. When I first asked about the type of shiatsu I wanted, I wasn't given any options, and they just asked, "Can I be gentle so I can sleep?" It seemed like they were trying to cut corners. I asked for a stronger massage to release the tension, but they were gentle. The flow was consistent. Maybe she's a newbie... Last time, they gave me some advice on areas that were stiff, but I ended up with nothing. I also asked for a blow-dry, but even though I asked them not to part my hair, they just said, "There's a crack here," and they parted my hair without me knowing, which made me wish I had done it myself. The tea I received at the end was noticeably paler than the person next to me, so I guess they just gave me the leftovers. I was just given plain, flavored water to drink. The last time was much better, so I'm giving it two stars. The results vary greatly depending on the person, so I'll never go again. The treatment technique was fine, but I was very disappointed with their choice of words, lack of basic requests, and lack of attentiveness.

Thank you for the other day. I've been to other branches before, but this was my first time at the Omiya branch. Even though the staff have changed, they remain pleasant and the treatment is consistent, so I felt at ease. The shampoo smelled nice, so I'll consider buying some next time. I'll visit again.

Incredible experience at the headspa! My wife and I came (we speak very little Japanese) and were warmly welcomed. The service was perfect, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. We opted for the 120-minute treatment, and it was a truly relaxing experience. We left with perfectly washed and revitalized hair! Thank you so much for the warm welcome and excellent work! 😌
