I've never had a head spa anywhere other than a hair salon, and although it was expensive, I was unable to sleep because my head was so stiff that I wanted professional help, so I made an appointment. It felt really good, and the pressure they used when pressing my head was just right, so it was great! I was very grateful that they worked on my shoulder blades! The stiffness in my head has been greatly reduced, and I feel much better!
I used their last available slot the other day. The shop has a great atmosphere and a good selection of products, so I was looking forward to my treatment. First of all, the good thing is that the quality of the treatment was good. As for the disappointing points, I was really shocked. First of all, the price was a bit high, which made me angry as I had high expectations, but despite them constantly pushing options, it was just a routine process and not worth 100 yen. Also, the biggest blemish was the time. The 90-minute course was 60 minutes of treatment, with the rest being conversation time. I was shocked. I don't think I'll be back again. They could do a better job of providing better training and time. I was really thinking of becoming a regular customer, so this is disappointing.
