Horrible experience. My husband and I left wondering what just happened. The place runs on Google Translate. Very difficult to communicate. They rubbed our scalps and shampooed our hair for 30-45 minutes. I requested a blow dry afterwards (which you pay separately for) and was left with half wet, frizzy hair. When I asked if they could do a proper blow dry, I was handed the blow dryer which stopped working. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible waste of money.
