Horrible experience. My husband and I left wondering what just happened. The place runs on Google Translate. Very difficult to communicate. They rubbed our scalps and shampooed our hair for 30-45 minutes. I requested a blow dry afterwards (which you pay separately for) and was left with half wet, frizzy hair. When I asked if they could do a proper blow dry, I was handed the blow dryer which stopped working. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible waste of money.
My daughter and I came here and loved the experience. The spa is very new, clean and well located in the center near all the shops. Our technicians were very professional. Definitely recommend d Head Concierge for a great head spa experience!
Really well taken care of - booked the head spa - it didn’t feel rushed at all and the staff were so kind and very skilled at what they do!
