I had the ultimate sleep for the 5 senses standard course with Kawaguchi and she was fantastic! She was so sweet and did such a great job. I could tell immediately that my hair was silky smooth after. I have never felt my hair like this before! I would recommend to anyone. I made a reservation the day before for a weekend appointment. I would recommend booking further in advance as there were limited spots left. I only speak English, and that was not a problem! We communicated through Google translate and that was easier than I thought it would be. They also had a few laminated pieces of paper with questions they ask you written in English, so they must get many people who only speak English. The spa was very clean. You take your shoes off before entering and sit in the lobby to fill out a form. Then they take you to the room and they give you a towel top to change into. You have the option to add on 4 services, one was an eye strain massage. Each service only adds on 5 minutes and I believe was 1,500 each. I chose two. When it is over, they provide you with a hair dryer and curler or straightener if you requested it and you are responsible for styling your hair. Then, you go to the lobby to enjoy some tea and cookies and pay. My tea was actually so good I wish I remembered what it was. You can choose the drink option and if you want it hot or cold.

I also had severe shoulder stiffness, so I went after it got to the point where I couldn't do anything about it. I think my timing was perfect. First thing when I entered, the interior was very nice and luxurious. After filling out a questionnaire, I was shown to a private room. They brought out hot water, which I thought was very thoughtful. After changing, I sat comfortably in the seat and started the massage. The chair reclined, and the lighting slowly dimmed, which I really liked. Soon after, the massage began slowly, which was truly amazing. I was able to choose the strength of the massage, so I chose a strong one, but it was just right for me. The blood circulation gradually improved from my head and throughout my body, which felt wonderful. They also discovered some stiffness around my shoulders and shoulder blades, which was so stiff that we both laughed. I visited the Aoyama branch, Yokohama branch, and Ikebukuro branch. For me, the atmosphere was calm and the store was just right, neither too large nor too small. There is a 3-4cm step at the entrance to the building. To get to the treatment room, you have to climb a large step, so it can be difficult for customers in wheelchairs. For wheelchair users, the Yokohama branch is fully barrier-free. The staff at the Ikebukuro branch were also kind and highly skilled, which was great. I really liked the Ikebukuro branch.
I received this as a gift and visited. The interior was tidy and had an esthetic salon-like feel, which made me a little nervous at first as a man. It was my first time having a head spa, so I wondered what it would be like and went in without any expectations. I filled out a questionnaire and was shown to a private room. The options were explained to me, and after I changed, the treatment began. The pressure was just right, and since I had selected "I want to fall asleep" in the pre-treatment questionnaire, there was minimal conversation and, with the private room and dim lighting, I fell asleep quickly. I was tired, so I left feeling very refreshed and satisfied. The price was over 10,000 yen, which is higher than a dry head spa, but considering the private room, treatment by a qualified professional, and options (treatments), I felt it was reasonable. I would like to visit again when I have more money to spend.
I've been going there for a long time, and their technique is amazing. It's really relaxing, and the finish is silky smooth. They're so attentive, and even the noise of the shower is considered, so I sleep soundly every time. It didn't bother me much about a year ago, but recently I've been really bothered by the inconsistency in the staff's skills. It would be great if I could get an experienced staff member, but some of them aren't worth the same price, so I can't even request a specific one, which is frustrating. I like this salon, so I would really appreciate it if they could make improvements.
