I chose the Ultimate Sleep Head Spa Trial Course [60 minutes] for ¥9,800 (excluding tax) plus a ¥1,000 scalp cleansing. For people living in Futakotamagawa, this is a surprising location lol. Don't be surprised, men are welcome, too! They're always there! The restrooms and lobby are clean. Cash is not accepted. The treatment is in a completely private room, and you change into a treatment gown. You dry your hair yourself at the end. The therapist, M, was amazing! I asked for a strong massage, but it seriously hurt! I can't even remember when I got my shampoo (seriously!) Maybe it's because the shower is barely audible. The room was dark, and soothing music was playing. My décolleté and shoulder blades were warmed with hot towels (rather hot) before the massage, and I almost lost consciousness lol. It was amazing! At the end, they serve tea and snacks in the lobby, and they pour them into cups to the brim lol! My head feels lighter now! I didn't experience any discomfort or anything, but it did make it easier to open my eyes. And when I left, my body was warm and sweaty. More than anything, the feeling of being soothed was the best. This is a salon that excels in hospitality. I think the price is amazing for what they offer. It helped me relax at the end of the year. *I've since gone back several times. The first time was the only time it was good. It seems the therapist was good. It was slow and the pressure wasn't very strong, so I didn't feel particularly refreshed. I wish someone at the front would do it!
This was my first time using the 120-minute course. It was my birthday, so I booked it as a treat for myself. I felt comfortable from the moment I entered the salon to the moment I left, and I was impressed with everything from the service to the techniques, with absolutely no flaws to be found. I chose the head concierge's original shampoo and treatment, and the scent was also very soothing. My hair is now smooth and I feel great! They also served drinks at the end, so I was very satisfied. When I think of a head spa, I imagine it being just for the head, but here they also thoroughly massaged the whole body, so it was very relaxing! It was so good that I even purchased a gift certificate for a friend. I'm looking forward to seeing you again next time♪

Standard Course (90 minutes) This was my first time. It was my first time visiting a head spa specialty store, so I was a little nervous. The staff were kind, and the explanations were clear and thorough. The private room, with dimmed lights and soothing music, created a calming atmosphere. Not only did they massage my head, but my décolleté and back as well, which felt amazing! I fell asleep during the treatment, and when I woke up, it was over. I felt refreshed and lighter overall after the treatment! Next time, I'll order the 120-minute course! Thank you!
I've had many head spa treatments at beauty salons and specialty shops, but this one suits me the best! I love being firmly gripped and massaged, so I was very satisfied. My hair was also shinier and softer than when I went to the salon, so I felt great! It's a shame that I can't request a specific therapist, but I look forward to it every time because I can't go wrong with whoever I get! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who hasn't had a head spa before or who is having one for the first time!
I went to a head spa specialty salon for the first time after seeing it on Instagram. I had the 90-minute course and had a truly relaxing time ☺️ My tired shoulders and neck were thoroughly massaged, and my eyes felt refreshed afterwards! The complimentary drink was also delicious. They also taught me some self-care tips for tired areas afterwards, which I'm going to put into practice. I'd like to return regularly as a treat!

前回初めて来店した時、施術も接客も良かったので、今回2回目で利用させていただいたのですが、担当してくれた方の接客があまり感じが良くなく残念でした。 まず、店に入るなり、こちらが靴を脱いでる最中にお名前教えてくださいと言われ名乗ると 、担当の方がすぐ「お手洗いは行かれますか？」と聞き、待合のソファに通されることもなくすぐ個室に案内されました。予約時間の2.3分前に到着したつもりでしたが、少し急かされた気がしました。その後も、アロマを選んでいる時に、候補のためにお皿から一本出して置いていたら、決めたものだと思われ、「お決まりですか？」などの声かけもなくアロマ一式下げられたのも残念でした。 そして、施術の準備中、私はすでに顔も覆われベッドも倒れた状態でしたが、一瞬YouTubeの動画のような音が流れ、「失礼しました」と言われたので、なぜそのような音がするのだろうと少し不思議でした。 施術後お茶をいただき、「次の予約はされますか？」と聞かれ、予約は大丈夫ですと伝えた途端、無表情でカードの決済端末を持ってきてお支払いになりました。その後すぐ、私の靴を玄関に出したため、早く店を出てほしいのだと思いました。ゆっくりお茶を飲みたかったですが、私もその空間にいたくなかったため店を出ました。 気持ちの良い施術であったんだと思いますが、これでは総じて残念でした。なかなか行けないので、せっかくの癒される時間だと思い楽しみにしていましたが、残念でした。
This is my go-to head spa salon! I've been to other branches before, but I always come to this one because it's convenient for me to get to after work! No matter when I come or which staff member I get, the head concierges are always so skilled, so I book an appointment every month as a treat for myself. I usually go after work, but today I went during the day. Going at night means I don't have to wash my hair when I get home, and my hair is so smooth and smells wonderful, so I can end the day feeling happy even when I get home ^^ I absolutely love the scent of their original products! Also, the herbal tea is delicious and makes me feel relaxed, like I'm in a cafe. Thank you for always providing such a relaxing time! I look forward to continuing to be a customer!
After a busy five-month season, I was sleep-deprived and my whole body was incredibly stiff, so I decided to treat myself and visit this place I'd been wanting to try for a while. At other places, the consultation often doesn't live up to expectations once the treatment begins, but here, not only is the consultation thorough, but they also focus on the essentials and do everything perfectly, so once it starts, you can completely leave everything to them. It was so wonderfully relaxing that I could barely stay awake. I was startled by my own terrible snoring midway through. I'm so sorry for being so loud... haha I'll work hard and look forward to my next visit. Thank you for the best time.
