This was my first time booking a 60-minute treatment! It included the time it took to get changed, but I felt refreshed and relaxed thanks to the wonderful scent! The herbal tea I had afterwards was sweet and delicious! My hair and scalp became smooth and beautiful, so I'm personally very satisfied!

I've had head spas a few times, but this one left my head feeling lighter and my whole body refreshed. Because it was a private room, it was nice that I could easily ask about things I didn't want other customers to hear, and I was also pleased that the staff member listened to me sympathetically and gave me advice on daily care. They also really addressed the chronic stiffness in my neck and shoulders, and the back massage was especially pleasant. Thank you for your thoughtful service. I've always been treated at another branch, but this was my first time at the Azabu Juban branch. The first thing that impressed me was the atmosphere of the branch, which is tailored to Azabu Juban, and I was really impressed by how different the atmosphere feels depending on the area. The treatments are the same at all branches, so I was able to receive them with peace of mind. I was also really impressed that they remembered the aromas I always like and choose at other branches, probably because they keep them in my history. I feel tired in different areas each time, but no matter where I tell them, they are able to thoroughly massage them, so this is my favorite salon where I can experience both relaxation and a sense of refreshment. I will definitely visit the Azabu Juban branch again♪

There is no system for selecting a therapist, so you will have a different therapist each time, but no matter who you choose, they are all very skilled. The staff are all kind, and you will feel refreshed in both mind and body. 🧖

I'd been interested in this place ever since I saw it on Instagram, and I was feeling tired, so I decided to give it a try! The bed was warm and comfortable from the moment I lay down, and the head massage was so good I fell asleep before I knew it, which was a shame... (crying) I tend to get sore throats from massages, but they adjusted the pressure so that it was a very comfortable experience. The pleasant service made it even more relaxing. I'll definitely come again!

It was my first time using this salon. The interior was a lovely space with the aroma of aromatherapy wafting through the air. The person who treated me listened to my concerns using a counseling sheet (I think), and focused on the areas that were tired. The treatment used an indescribably comfortable amount of pressure, and while I was thinking how good it felt, I dozed off. The back massage was especially pleasant, and since they also massaged my décolleté, it really improved circulation in my upper body, and I felt warm and refreshed! It was a strange feeling, but it was an amazing technique that I've never experienced with other massages! I would definitely like to make time to visit again. Thank you.

I've been to other salons before, but the Azabu Juban branch is incredibly beautiful with its luxurious interior. The head concierge massages not only my head, but also my neck, shoulders, and shoulder blades, so I feel incredibly refreshed afterward and sleep better that night. The staff are all cheerful and friendly, so I consult them about any concerns I have about my scalp or hair. I go there every month as a way to treat myself, so I highly recommend it! I look forward to seeing you again.

The service was polite, calm, and pleasant. I ordered the 90-minute course with a strong pressure. Even though it was the last appointment of the day, the therapist maintained a firm pressure throughout, showing their dedication to relieving my tension. After the treatment, my neck and shoulders felt incredibly light, and my scalp felt soft and fluffy, making me realize just how tense I was before. When I looked in the mirror after returning home, I was surprised to see that my face looked smaller—I'm not sure if it was due to improved lymphatic drainage or simply because my shoulders looked lighter. I felt quite warm during the treatment due to improved blood circulation, so next time I'll ask for a cooler water temperature.

The best head spa I have ever had!! (And I have been to many head spas). They are incredibly sweet and attentive, and you receive a very nice questionnaire beforehand to indicate your wishes, which were then listened to very well. I had the 60-minute treatment. It is also really affordable, which makes it the best part. I will definitely be back when I am in Tokyo again! :)

If you want to feel refreshed, this is definitely the place. I often spend time on my computer and traveling by plane and bullet train, which leaves my neck, shoulders, and head incredibly stiff. But coming here instantly resets everything! They wet your head and give you a thorough treatment, the pressure is just right, and the feeling of refreshment is amazing. It's great that they have many branches, and there's one in every city I'm traveling to. I'll definitely go again before my autonomic nervous system gets out of balance. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

I treated myself to my first visit to a head spa specialty salon! The salon was very clean and had a calming atmosphere. The staff were very polite and attentive, making me feel at ease. The semi-private space was relaxing, truly a "healing space for adults." The treatment was very thorough, and my scalp was thoroughly massaged. Afterwards, my head felt incredibly light. I even felt my eye fatigue and stiff shoulders had eased! The staff were also kind and reassuring, making me feel comfortable, even though it was my first time. As you can see in the photo, the store and displays are stylish, and you can feel the attention to detail. The hair care products were also tasteful and caught my eye. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking to relax in Azabu Juban or who enjoys head spas 🌿 I'll definitely return to treat myself!

以前銀座店に伺ったことがあり、その後他のヘッドスパにも行ってみたのですがやはりヘッドコンシェルジュさんにお任せしたいと思い、また予約しました。 自律神経の乱れ？からか最近は夜中に途中で目覚めることが多かったのに、施術当日の夜は全く起きることなく爆睡でした。 こんなにしっかりと眠れたのは久しぶりだったので、驚いています…ありがとうございました！ 120分コースはアロマオイルを選べたのですが、香りにも自律神経を整える効果があるそうです。 また次もよろしくお願いします！

While you can't request a specific therapist, every staff member provides attentive service and a wonderful massage, leaving me feeling incredibly relaxed each time! It helps me forget the stresses of everyday life, and leaves my head and body feeling thoroughly refreshed! I've been to many different head spas, but ever since my first visit in Osaka, this has become my absolute favorite, and I plan to continue coming here!
