Wonderful salon. Hairdresser was very meticulous with communicating with me using Google translate. I mentioned a pixie cut which he then searched pictures to show me and picked which style to approximate. For haircut and shampoo, the cost was about $40 USD. I asked to leave a tip and it was not necessary. Highly recommend this salon.
The hairdresser was really caring, respectful and thoughtful! Despite of having a language barrier (she’s hardly speaking English and I don’t speak Japanese much), she managed to proceed with great hair cut and colour service to ensure it accommodates my hair preference. I communicated with her via Google translate. When speaking to her, she noticed my phone’s battery run low and she offered to lend a charger. How thoughtful! Had my hair dyed at this salon, and I absolutely love my new hairstyle. The results were truly impressive, and the staff demonstrated excellent technique. I don’t speak Japanese, but the stylist was patient and took great care of me. Highly recommend this salon and would definitely love to come back again.
I went to this place while I was in Japan since I was looking for a headspa and couldnt figure out RedPepper for bookings. They were super nice and helpful, I speak basically no Japanese so I used google translate to request an appointment, they didnt have a walk in available which was perfectly fine so they helped me book for later in the day. The technician (I didnt catch her name but she had a pokemon hair clip) was so lovely and would check in with me through the session using google translate to make sure I was comfortable. The headspa was amazing and when I am back in Tokyo I would definitely go here again! (First time my jaw unlocked in years :) )
