By far the best nail service I’ve had! Attaching a picture of the building it’s located in since the Google Maps location can be confusing. It’s on the 7th floor. My nail artist Higashino provided exceptional attention to detail.
I was in town for a few days and was lucky enough to get an appointment on the spot! The place was clean and relaxing. I was offered a hot tea and Sato was my nail artist. She was so patient in communicating with me and did a wonderful job on my nails. Highly recommend!

I would give this place more stars if I could! My nail artist was Higashino and she was down to earth and professional. Despite limited English, we found a connection with Disney, Harry Potter, and of course food. The process was easy. Book & pay online, show up, and have a good time. She has a plethora of designs/colors to choose from or you can show her a picture. I cannot express how perfect my experience was, so go experience it yourself as well! This was my first time ever getting my nails done at a salon and Erina did an amazing job!! I was a little nervous at first but the process was easy and very English language friendly— I was given a variety of beautiful options that were clearly displayed with estimated time, examples, and set cost. The specific services are also available to view on their website. I decided on the Gel Nail Art with pink sakuras. They turned out even better than I imagined, and I was impressed with how quick and detail-oriented Erina is. She is so kind and checked in with me often throughout the process, making sure I was comfortable and asking if anything needed to be adjusted. I was also given iced tea to drink which was nice. The space is clean and pretty inside with soft music playing in the background. ✨ I will definitely be coming back the next time I am in Tokyo and highly recommend ERFOLG GINZA to everyone! 💖
