It was a wonderful experience. The staff’s attentiveness, technical skills, and overall service were truly top-notch. The treatment was performed in a completely private room, allowing me to relax without worrying about my surroundings. The interior was sophisticated, with attention to detail evident throughout. While the prices may be slightly higher compared to other salons, I felt it was well worth the value. I would definitely like to visit again.

What I appreciate most is that even with a multi-session pass, I can easily book appointments and visit regularly (there are quite a few salons where it becomes difficult to book appointments as soon as you pay a high price). Also, I receive thorough and careful treatment every time, so the stiffness and pain throughout my body that accumulates from daily life are completely relieved. Thank you as always.

I started coming here a few months before my wedding. The interior is beautiful and the space is very relaxing. They check how I'm doing since my last treatment and any recent discomforts, and then tailor the treatment to suit that day, so I'm always very satisfied. Zero stars. I used their services for hair removal, but I saw absolutely no results. Even after several weeks, the hair was still growing back. I called to request another treatment, but the staff were completely disorganized, and I had to explain everything over and over again. They called back a few days later, but their phone manner and tone were terrible, and I never want to use their services again. To top it all off, they insulted me, calling me a "first-time customer scammer," which was extremely rude. During the treatment, the hair removal device didn't touch my skin at all, so it was unbearably hot during the procedure. I also requested a refund, but they refused, saying it was a trial price and they couldn't do it for someone who was a "first-time customer scammer." I checked their email and Hot Pepper listings, but there was no mention of a trial price anywhere. I will never go to this salon again. Therefore, I strongly recommend that anyone considering hair removal choose a different salon.
