Phenomenal head massage and scalp massage experience that I wanted to try this trip to Japan! The staff was very kind, accommodating and helped translate all the process despite me not knowing as much Japanese. They had excellent service and I tried the 60 min scalp massage with treatment and left so refreshed! They provided hot towels and neck and back massage throughout the process too and ended the time with hair dryer and hot tea and snack.
The entire experience here was absolutely wonderful. The team’s English wasn’t the best but they did amazingly well to accomodate to our lack of Japanese language skills. Loved everyone we interacted with. Will definitely be back when we come over from Australia again 🫶🏼 🩷 Jordan and Richelle
