I've been using their services for about 10 years. They always make my nails look beautiful within an hour, so I find them very useful. However, this time, it was unusually long, taking an hour and 45 minutes. Even though other customers scheduled for the same time had finished their nail removal and started their manicures, they didn't even come to get me removed. In fact, people scheduled for a later time even finished before me. It took over an hour just to get my nails removed, so I think they probably forgot about me. I'm sad. Also, this is the first time this has happened, but right after my nail removal, I found a deep crack in the nail on my left pinky finger. It's very painful. I could tell they were rushing and scraping it hard during the removal. The nail is torn halfway down. I wonder how it got to this point... They asked me if I wanted a nail treatment, but it looked painful, so I declined. The nail on my right pinky finger wasn't cracked, but it was red, so I asked them not to get a nail treatment. This is the first time this has happened. They didn't offer any apologies or anything. It looks like housework will be a challenge for a while. ---- Additional Information: I called the headquarters number and received a call back apologizing. If you have any problems with your nails, it's best to contact the headquarters. It's best to assume that the nail artist in charge won't do anything about it. You'll just end up blaming them. They'll say things like, "It was the customer's fault that it was busy and slow," or "Maybe they should have called in the first place" (even though I confirmed this at the time of check-in). If you injure your nails, housework and everyday life will be difficult, so it's best to check the website and call the headquarters, as you'll get accurate information to help you. ---- Additional Information ② It was getting late, and I asked them to hurry up because the treatment started over an hour ago, so I guess it can't be helped. Maybe it was because the treatment was sloppy, but this time I'm feeling out of place after a week. 😭 It's unfortunate after such a long relationship, but it might be time to say goodbye. I would like to tell you that in the old days, the removal method wasn't really harsh, but was quick and gentle on the nails! I hope I can come back someday. Thank you for everything so far. The faces of many nail artists come to mind, but I wonder where they are working now.

I only got my nails removed, but they only ended up scratching my natural nails. When I touched them, there were areas where the gel hadn't been completely removed, and my nails were uneven. My right pinky finger is also red and still hasn't healed. I needed to get my nails removed urgently, and since they had available appointments and it was a chain salon, I figured they'd meet the minimum standards, but I'm sad that my nails were left even dirtier than before the nails were done. 😭 I'm sure I'll usually apply nail polish over this, so it might be hidden, but I don't recommend it.

I made a reservation for the first time. I received a call from the salon an hour and a half before my scheduled appointment. Even though I had reserved a one-color + lengthening menu, I was suddenly informed that "that menu wasn't selected, so it's not available today." It's my fault for not looking at the menu carefully, but I really wanted to change to a one-color today due to work commitments, so I had adjusted my schedule to accommodate that, so their short-notice contact was very inconvenient. I had no choice but to cancel, but when I called 10 minutes later to ask for at least a hair removal session, I was told that they were fully booked and couldn't do it. The sequence was one-minute notification that the menu was unavailable → cancellation → other slots were quickly filled and the service was no longer available. To be honest, I was very disappointed. The phone service was also very cold, and I can see why there are so many negative reviews. Honestly, I'm glad I didn't go. I think they could improve their reservation confirmations, contact timing, and customer service in the future, which would make me feel more at ease as a customer.

I used the service in late December. I definitely don't recommend it. Service: Fair, Finish: Poor, Checkout: Poor, BGM: Poor I arrived a minute late, registered at a counter-like area, selected a design from the app, and chose a color (the color was customizable). It took about 10 minutes. From there, I waited about 20 minutes before being seated. I was constantly being passed over and was the last to be seated. My reservation was for 5:30 PM, but the appointment started around 6:10 PM. I ordered cheek nails, but they turned out marbled. Also, I showed the staff a photo and agreed to the color, but the finish was clearly different. I should have decided on this myself instead of leaving it to them. The finished look was bumpy and uneven. What was I trying to do? I should have left after waiting 30 minutes. I want to get it turned off as soon as possible. It's embarrassing. In the end, I had set up Smart Payment through the Hot Pepper app, but when it came time to pay, they just paid normally. I don't know if they forgot or what, but I didn't feel like asking.
