I will give 1 star for the shampooing process and the lady who did my hair's welcoming attitude only. I went in for a shampoo and blow dry and unfortunately the result was unsatisfactory. My hair was frizzy by the end and still had strands of my natural hair texture, despite using a straightener. It felt like the hairdresser was pulling out random parts of my hair and blow drying it without sectioning it off in a proper way. I would get a better result doing it myself at home.
