Not my first time getting a head spa in Japan but i must say this is one of the best experiences I’ve had so far. Booked my session online with a note “i don’t speak Japanese well” and came with no expectation. I was surprised when they greeted me and give me instructions in English as soon as they see me came in the salon. I was assigned with Mimi san who was so sweet and patient with me, i hope next time i book here i get to have her as my therapist again (cause Head Concierge doesn’t allow you to pick the the therapist upon booking) however, the plus side is I love that this salon has 1500¥ option to get the therapist to blow dry my hair so i can have a moment to enjoy to be quiet and regain my consciousness.

I also had severe stiff shoulders, so I went there after I couldn't help it anymore. I think it was a very good timing. When I first entered the store, it was very nice and had a luxurious feel to it. After that, I filled out a questionnaire and was then shown to a private room. The hot water was served and I was impressed by the thoughtfulness. After changing your clothes, sit comfortably on the seat and start. The chairs will fall over, but I like how the lights dim slowly. She will start massaging you slowly, It's really amazing. I was able to choose the amount of force myself, so I chose a strong one. It was perfect for me. The blood circulation from my head gradually improved and I felt great throughout my whole body. They also found a lump in his shoulder and around his shoulder blade, which seemed to be so stiff that we both laughed. I lost consciousness and fell asleep for what felt like about 10 minutes. I was invited by my daughter to visit. There was a nice smell from the moment I entered the store, and it was a quiet atmosphere. I told her that my shoulders and neck were stiff, but I also felt some pain in the side of my head, so the massage felt good. The warm oil massage had a nice scent and helped me fall into a comfortable sleep. Can I also massage myself? When I asked her about this, she kindly taught me some tips for draining the lymph nodes in her neck. After I finished, I felt lighter and refreshed, and my drink went down easily. I made a reservation for a year from now, and I'm already looking forward to it.

This was my first visit to the store, and I was able to spend a relaxing and comfortable time in the very clean store. I made a reservation for the 90-minute course, and I was able to choose the shampoo and treatment that matched my hair, as well as my favorite aroma oil, and the scent was relaxing. The massage not only massaged my head, but also my back and décolletage, which made my whole body feel refreshed! My hair is also smooth and I am very satisfied. We hope to see you again next time!

I went there for the first time last time after being introduced to it by a friend. I was nervous because I thought it would be a difficult process, but the person in charge was very supportive and gave me counseling, which made it easy to talk to me. The treatment was different from the head spa at the beauty salon, where the massage was done from the décolletage to the back, and it felt like a good deal. It felt so good. This time it was a 60 minute course and it went by so quickly, so next time I'll try the 90 minute course. Thank you again ❤︎
