Zero stars. I used their services for hair removal, but I saw absolutely no results. Even after several weeks, the hair was still growing back. I called to request another treatment, but the staff were completely disorganized, and I had to explain everything over and over again. They called back a few days later, but their phone manner and tone were terrible, and I never want to use their services again. To top it all off, they insulted me, calling me a "first-time customer scammer," which was extremely rude. During the treatment, the hair removal device didn't touch my skin at all, so it was unbearably hot during the procedure. I also requested a refund, but they refused, saying it was a trial price and they couldn't do it for someone who was a "first-time customer scammer." I checked their email and Hot Pepper listings, but there was no mention of a trial price anywhere. I will never go to this salon again. Therefore, I strongly recommend that anyone considering hair removal choose a different salon.
