The other staff are also very friendly and fun, making this a salon where you can feel at ease. She took thorough measures to prevent COVID-19. Not only did she avoid the three Cs (closed spaces, crowded places, and close-contact settings), but she also left the entrance door wide open, which gave me peace of mind. She also provided hot stones and electric blankets on cold days, which I was impressed by, and spare masks. Even during these difficult times, she provides customer-focused service, which is truly appreciated. I was very satisfied with the results this time as well. I've been using the shampoo and conditioner she recommended for a while now, and thanks to her recommendations, I've managed to avoid dyeing my gray hair. Scalp care is important. I tend to slack off on beauty routines now that I'm working from home, but I'll definitely visit again.

I've been going to this salon for over 20 years. I always leave my color and cut to them. The results are always great, and I don't notice my style losing its shape even after a few months. The salon is clean and comfortable. I would like to continue going to this salon as long as I still have the same stylist who cuts my hair regularly.

I always pay with my card, and even though I had made a reservation, when I finished and presented my usual card at the checkout, they suddenly said, "I didn't tell you this at the beginning, but your card doesn't work," and then, "Can I pay by bank transfer here?" I was a little stunned... What about the bank transfer fee? I paid cash without asking, but I imagine that people who don't carry cards often don't have more than 12,000 yen in cash in their wallets. I guess they should have told me up front that my card was no longer working. If they're going to make a bank transfer, the bank will cover the bank transfer fee. That's a given. They didn't even mention that... They don't even have a plan for when you can't use your card and don't have a way to transfer money... Their technical fees and location are impressive, but their actual skills and lack of system-related notifications make them seem like they should just do the obvious. This time, I had a different person cut my hair than usual, but when I washed it myself, it was really rough. I really wanted to get it fixed, but I didn't have the time. If I had heard my card was no longer working, I wouldn't have gone.

The staff are always very attentive and friendly. All of the staff are cheerful and energetic. Their cutting techniques are excellent and they also focus on improving hair quality. Thanks to them, my hair is much easier to manage, and I've been getting more compliments on the quality of my hair. I can recommend this salon.
