What is the remittance schedule for prepayment?

The closing date is the 5th of each month, and payment is made on the 10th.
Remittance fees are the responsibility of the affiliated store.

What is the contract period?

It is a one-year contract. The initial payment cannot be refunded, even if you cancel midway.

What are the cancellation rules for customers?

If you have paid in advance, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel within 24 hours. Cancellations are free up to 24 hours in advance.

What should I do if a customer is late?

It is stated in the cancellation policy that a reservation may be canceled if the customer is late. If there are special rules, please state them on the store page.

What should I do if I want to cancel for store reasons?

Please note that if you cancel after the store has approved the reservation, a penalty will be incurred.
