Bookings, cancellations, and refunds

Please read before booking

Please read the following terms and conditions before making a reservation at the Spa/Salon. In addition, the person making the reservation is deemed to have agreed to the following cancellation fee terms and conditions.

Reservation change

If you wish to change the date or time of your booking before the cancellation deadline, please cancel the booking and reschedule it at the desired date and time.

Reservation cancellation fee

Please see below for cancellation fees related to reservations. To cancel a reservation, please go to the member page.

From 24 hours prior to the appointment date and time	100% of total	Charged as cancellation fee

※If you are late for your reservation, it may be treated as a cancellation. Please check with the listed salon for details.

Refund processing

Refund methods vary depending on the credit card company. Please check the amount on your credit card statement issued by your credit card company.

※Please note that it may take one week to two months for the refund amount to be reflected on your statement, depending on your credit card company.

Please note that system fees will not be refunded. We are not responsible for any exchange gains or losses between the time of payment and the time of refund.
